Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

Single-casing aluminum cast spheres with anticorrosion treatment are placed at junctions. These spheres are designed with integrated bedding for connecting pipes

It should be designed in such a way that the parent and baby can swing together at the same time. It was designed for multiple uses as 1 parent and 1 child. One side of the swing seat should be designed according to 0-3 age child ergonomics. The other side will be designed per parent ergonomics. It should be produced from P.E derivative, soft, and self-extinguishing material.

Robot joint is a custom-designed high durability swing joint that also eliminates any figder entrapment issue. The swing upper joint mechanism was produced with the precision casting technique Between the two ears welded on the swing carrier pipe, rigid bedding to be fixed with M12x80 bolts and a Teflon bearing should be used to prevent abrasions.

Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components.
