Research steps for CMR IDEA products are taken very carefully. Thus, the products obtained at the end of the project take their place in our catalog as custom designs developed according to the space and needs of our clients. Preliminary research process progresses as; 1) Request Analysis 2) Field Analysis 3) User Research 4) Market Research

After the area and customer needs are determined, mood boards are created to provide a broad perspective on the project. Mood boards do not only include playground and child-themed visuals, but also well-known architectural structures, natural features and cultural factors.

The ideas created are collected and the main theme of our project is created from this pool of ideas. This theme may be an object or it may include a plot that describes a situation. This phase is a carefully step which the project is customized to the field. Concept Development Steps are; 1) Creating a pool of ideas 2) Developing main theme of the project 3) Customization of the project.

In this stage the design team focus on increasing the number of potential play assemblies by quick sketches.

In this stage, 3 dimensional models of the product are prepared to see the final design and product scale correctly according to the sketches made in the previous step. These models can be built with using basic stationery or prototyped using 3D printing. As one of the most important technology of recent years, 3D printing allows accurate determination of product scaling.

After scaling and design decisions are finalised, the R&D team converts the project into buildable products. In this stage, the aim is to produce the elements like ropes, plastic parts, metal parts and wooden parts in the most accurate way possible.

Elements forming the product are carefully prepared and the product is assembled at the prototyping department (aka PRT) of our factory. Thus, the assembly problems that the client might face on site are prevented. After completion of the assembly, the Design Review Meeting is convened in order control standards compliance and safety of the product.

After controls are completed, the play park elements are packaged in a manner ensuring protection against damage and delivered to the installation site. After assembly control, the elements are assembled on site without problem. Installation is completed by making necessary groundwork arrangements to ensure safety of the project.
