COMPOSITE COATING
Our composite coatings that have wooden appearance, which are produced from shavings that obtained wood scraps, and eco-friendly polymers, have increased durability and eliminate the disadvantages of wood due to outdoor conditions (such as moisture, moss, mold, rotting, burning), and are a very important alternative to wood.
Composite coating is obtained by extrusion from a mixture of 55% wood fibers (shavings), 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and 15% binder composition. It does not contain plastic derivatives that contain unhealthy substances (like PVC, PS and BTA). After the product has completed its life, it can be its own raw material or it can be a raw material for final products such as concrete, so it is considered sustainable material. Besides this anti-bacterial product is easy to install and acid resistant, also does not splinter.

CEMER ROPE
Cemer produces Reinforced Knitting Ropes with the most advanced techniques available. These high quality knitted ropes are used in all of Cemer's net climbing products. Each strand is tightly braided around the galvanized steel cable. This method ensures that the rope is resistant to fast corrosion. Cemer Ropes are made of polyester and are guaranteed for 5 years against abrasion and 20 years against breaking.

• The rope has 6 strands.
• Polyester, the most resistant textile product against friction, is knitted on steel wires to make the rope more durable and have a stronger infrastructure.
• Braided ropes have a steel and fiber core.
• The ropes are UV resistant and flame retardant.
• The ropes have been tested for toxicity according to EN 1176 standards and are approved by Intertek.

SPEED CONTROL MECHANISM
Our playground equipment includes a speed control mechanism that can adjust the rotation speed. This system prevents the speed increasing beyond a certain value of the rotation mechanism in rotating playground equipment such as carousels. Thanks to this speed adjustment, children using the playground equipment are ensured to use the equipment safely and are protected from injuries.

Tube Tensioning System is a specially designed tensioning mechanism that we use in our rope climbing playgrounds and courses made of net or similar materials. This mechanism includes a tensioning system that is designed to allow the web to be stretched in the best possible way, while at the same time not disturbing the visual aesthetics.
Its main purpose is to achieve high-performance, easily adjustable and aesthetically perfect results using a closed system on main load-bearing columns or beams.
