In Zebra Series, on the pipes which determine the product lines, a form is created with striped woods that create usage area. The perception created with the woods that continue along the form is made to stand out with the name "Zebra" and while the woods that create the usage area are shaped according to the form; the form of the series is designed with the aim of ergonomic use. While designing the series, market requirements and different usage scenarios were taken into consideration with the woods used and the angles determined, resulting in products with a continuous curved construction.

Wood

The yellow pine or black pine, used as first class and oven-dried, is much more resistant to environment and weather conditions compared to white pine. Humidity rate is 10-12%. There is no decayed or joined knurl. It is suitable for all kinds of wooden application and coloring.

Metal parts

Metal pipes and other metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with Metal finish; Sandblasting and treated with solvent-free zinc primer coating which is inherently corrosion resisted under extreme weather conditions and UV.

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

The first process applied to the wooden surface is the outdoor wood primer which dries with the evaporation of water and solvent. The second application applied on the primer is the outdoor top coat varnish, which dries by evaporation of water and solvent.

The surface is specially treated for UV resistance and made resistant to extreme weather conditions.

Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components.
