Design Pushing the Boundaries

Robin Yayla's imagination comes to life with Cemer engineering.

Surrealist Approach

Istanbul's symbols emerge from Robin Yayla's digital brush and transform into living sculptures where children will get lost. This approach breaks the traditional playground concept, turning public spaces into open-air museums.

Discovery of Cultural Heritage

This journey, stretching from the Galata Tower to the ferries, offers children the opportunity to discover the soul of the city they live in through play. Making the historical texture touchable and climbable, the design establishes an emotional bond between new generations and the city.

Engineering and Aesthetics

Every detail was processed in our R&D center with the highest safety and quality standards, without compromising the artist's free imagination. Every stage, from static calculations to material selection, was planned to offer the safest form of play.

Our Source of Inspiration

Cemer x Robin Yayla

The story of the city is rewritten in children's play.

Cemer's 30 years of manufacturing power and innovative engineering vision met with the lines of artist Robin Yayla.

Breaking the boundaries of conventional playgrounds, this unique collaboration transforms Istanbul's iconic skyline into living sculptures where children will get lost.

Giving entirely different identities to the beauties we miss in the flow of daily life with his digital brush, Robin Yayla this time chose Cemer's playgroups as his canvas.

In this innovative design process, the historical Galata Tower, which has been watching Istanbul for centuries, merged with the theme of a giant rocket ready to be launched into the sky.

The City Lines ferry, an indispensable part of the city, took the form of a flapping seagull, bringing that familiar Bosphorus breeze to children's games.

Every detail in the designs offers children not only a safe physical activity area but also the opportunity to discover the cultural heritage of the city they live in through play.

The result; a unique collection that redefines urban aesthetics, turns public spaces into open-air museums, and turns imagination into reality: Istanbul Series.

The Power of Play

Crossing Boundaries

This collection promises children not just a playground, but an interactive fairy tale world where they will feel the soul of Istanbul in the palms of their hands. These structures, where art blends with the street and history with technology, bring a brand new breath to urban aesthetics and radically change the perception of public space.

The meeting of the Maiden's Tower with the speed of a motorcycle, and the Galata Tower with the vertical ascent of a rocket, breaks down the creativity barriers in children's minds one by one. Every climbing unit and slide encourages little explorers to rewrite the story of their own city and embark on a boundless play adventure.

Thanks to Cemer's high engineering standards, these massive sculptures combine safety with the elegance of art, transforming parks into safe imagination laboratories. The Istanbul Series merges the city's iconic silhouette with the boundless energy of children, instilling an unforgettable sense of belonging and aesthetic vision in the adults of the future.

This unique collection ensures that children do not just spend time in a playground, but feel the soul and artistic depth of Istanbul with every touch. The dream of a rocket rising from the Galata Tower or the Bosphorus Bridge turning into a giant swing sprouts the idea that "everything is possible" in little minds. These living sculptures, created in collaboration with Cemer and Robin Yayla, invite children to be the leading actors of their own cities by combining the historical texture of the city with a modern language of play.

Robin Yayla Title

Born in Istanbul in 1994, Robin Yayla graduated from Kadir Has University, Department of Industrial Design. In order to carry his passion for design to an international level, he moved to Milan in 2017 and completed his master's degree in Art and Design.

Yayla's artistic philosophy is based on reminding us of the beauties we overlook in the stressful flow of daily life. Combining city skylines and iconic architectural structures with digital illustrations, the artist gives them entirely different, surrealist identities. In his imagination, a historical tower can turn into a rocket ready to be launched into space, a bridge into a giant instrument, or a structure in the middle of the sea into a motorcycle gliding over the waves.

Galata Tower

Combining the historical silhouette of the Galata Tower with the dynamism of a rocket, this design invites children to a unique adventure reaching into the sky. The multi-layered passages in the tower and the ramps resembling rocket engines allow the little ones to stay in constant motion in the playground and release their energy to the fullest. In short, this structure not only entertains but also carries the children's endless desire to explore to the limits of space.

Maiden's Tower

The elegant symbol of the Bosphorus, the Maiden's Tower, combined with an iconic Vespa, turned into a fun-filled bouncy ride. Every time children bounce on this nostalgic design, they will skip on the waves of the sea and feel the wind in the streets of the city with their imagination. Two unforgettable classics meet in a single adventure in playgrounds with the joy of little ones!

Ferry

The indispensable duo of the Bosphorus, the City Lines ferry and seagulls, turns into a giant playground pushing boundaries in children's imagination. The seagull figure stretching from the iconic lines of the ferry to the sky invites the little ones to an adventure that takes them from the waves and carries them into the clouds. Thanks to the climbing nets and secret passages on the deck, children will both chart the course of their own ship like a master captain and enjoy the wind freely like a seagull.

Haydarpasa

The magnificent silhouette of the centuries-old Haydarpasa Railway Station embracing the sea turns into a giant play station where the cheerful laughter of children echoes this time! Slides gliding down the historical towers of the station and tunnels opening to mysterious platforms invite little train drivers to a timeless adventure. This nostalgic gate of Istanbul, full of memories, is now cutting tickets for brand new dreams and endless play journeys.

Bosphorus Bridge

The legendary Bosphorus Bridge connecting Asia and Europe embraces the play world of children this time with giant figures opening their arms joyfully to the sky. While the little ones test their courage on the balance tracks hanging under the bridge, they embark on an intercontinental adventure thanks to the climbing nets and long slides. The unique unifying power of Istanbul now comes to life with the endless energy of children in this fun design.

Art, imagination, and play...
Istanbul Series will continue.
