WOODEN SERIES - AGWS 102
Wooden series is a natural wood looking product series that combines different three-dimensional and two-dimensional rope climbs. Combined with structures in accordance with the theme, the stations aim to provide the children with a dynamic play experience that challenges their physical skills.
Steel metal masts
ST37 steel metal masts in these series are covered with 1” wooden composite which is made of %60 wooden chips, %35 polyethylene and %5binder. Composite coating not only protects the metal against corrosion, but also gives a natural look and feel. 95% of composite coating material is recyclable.
Swing seat
The swing seat is suitable for the 0-36 months age group. This swing seat is provides the ergonomics and safety for this age range. As the production method we use rotation technique. The product is designed to be elastic to take the shape of the surface it hits.
Robot joint
Robot joint is a custom-designed high durability swing joint that also eliminates any figder entrapment issue. The swing upper joint mechanism was produced with the precision casting technique Between the two ears welded on the swing carrier pipe, rigid bedding to be fixed with M12x80 bolts and a Teflon bearing should be used to prevent abrasions.
