TIMBER SERIES - AGTS 212

Timber series is a natural wood looking product line consisting of platforms and multiple play stations. The colors and accessories are used in harmony with the theme and together with the various climbing stations used extensively, aim to make children have fun while challenging their physical skills. The number of play stations and platforms change according to number of users and accessable playgrounds are created by use of wheelchair ramp and on-panel activities.

Polyethylene parts

Polyethylene parts

UV resistant with high value of light fastness rotomolded polyethylene parts are used to form the structure. All parts are manufactured with double wall technique with the thickness between 4-6 mm.

Steel metal masts

Steel metal masts

ST37 steel metal masts in these series are covered with 1” wooden composite which is made of %60 wooden chips, %35 polyethylene and %5binder. Composite coating not only protects the metal against corrosion, but also gives a natural look and feel. 95% of composite coating material is recyclable.

HPL panels

HPL panels

High quality panels made of HPL panels are milled to provide a smooth, gently rounded edge. The thickness of the panels varies according to its purpose for floors, roofs, and walls. These panels are connected to steel pipes or profiles with cast aluminum panel clamps or flanges.

RAL colors offer a standardized and reliable color system, especially for painting metal surfaces. AGTS 212, from the New Generation Themed Playgroup - Timber Series, is a multi-child play area. It has a slide and inclusive ramps. Equipped with rich interactive play values, this playgroup offers children a fun experience while developing their motor skills. With its wood-looking composite texture and natural tones, it offers an aesthetic and functional structure compatible with nature. With its design that can be played both individually and in groups, it supports children's social interactions. Its durable structure provides long-lasting use in open areas.

Metarial Details

The composite coating used in the series not only protects the metal against corrosion but also provides a natural look and feel. CmrRope™ consists of 6 strands wrapped around a core made of fiber or steel. Metal parts consist of 3-stage coated ST 37 steel.

Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components.
