Themed Playground-Jungle Series - GGJS 2017

Jungle Series, our designs in different difficulty levels, that promote motor muscle skills and competitive side of children in age group 12, consist of platforms in 3 different geometry like triangle, square and pentagon with a tent-like look. It is a game group study consisting of different geometric shapes with jungle and earth consepts, mainly rope bridges and climbers, with chrome slides at different heights, targeting children between 2 -12 years

Single-casing aluminum cast spheres with anticorrosion treatment are placed at junctions. These spheres are designed with integrated bedding for connecting pipes.

HPL Material

HPL Material

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels are commonly used in playgrounds due to their durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Manufactured under high pressure and heat, these panels are resistant to scratches, impact, moisture, and UV rays, making them ideal for heavily used outdoor areas like children's parks. With colorful and patterned surface options, they offer both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting performance.

3 - Layer Coating

3 - Layer Coating

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

Product Specifications

GGJS 2017, Jungle Series' nature-themed, fun, and adventurous play area. It is designed with climbing structures, slides, and other play elements that will stimulate children's imagination. This playgroup improves children's motor skills while also increasing their physical strength. The functional design, appealing to various age groups, is produced using durable materials and is suitable for outdoor conditions, offering long-term use. Both slides in the product are made of stainless steel.

Metarial Details

GGJS 2019-P, Stainless ST 37 steel is used for metal parts, and durability is increased with 3-stage coating. Ropes are made of steel wire and polyester material, providing high durability. UV-resistant durable materials are used in HPL panels. The slide surface is made of HPL / HDPE material and is resistant to UV rays.

What is your warranty period ?

Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components. In addition, we provide technical support throughout the usage period.Steel posts come with a 25-year warranty; steel ropes and aluminum cast materials have a 20-year warranty; HPL and HDPE materials are covered for 10 years.For more information, feel free to browse our Solutions page.
