Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components. Do you offer custom-designed or personalized playground solutions?
Yes. Under our CMR IDEA brand, our team of landscape architects, engineers, and designers at the Cemer Design Center develop bespoke playground solutions tailored to your specific requirements. We offer the opportunity for close collaboration with our R&D team throughout the entire design and production process.
Are your products compliant with safety standards?
Yes. All of our playground equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with current national and international safety standards (ASTM, EN). During the planning phase, all safety parameters—including surfacing and fall height calculations—are thoroughly evaluated by our R&D department.
What is the delivery time ?
Delivery timelines vary depending on the order specifications and the overall scope of the project. While standard items in stock can be delivered more quickly, custom-designed projects typically require a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks. A detailed project schedule is discussed and confirmed with you during the proposal stage.
