Picnic Tables

Zebra Series | CUS 160

For the seating and tabletop surfaces of the picnic table, first-class kiln-dried Scots pine or larch timber is used, offering superior resistance to outdoor weather conditions. These woods are significantly stronger than white pine, have a moisture content of 10–12%, and contain no rot or fused knots. The wooden surfaces are first coated with a water- and solvent-based protective primer, then finished with a final varnish layer suitable for outdoor use, providing an aesthetic appearance and long-lasting durability.

The load-bearing skeleton of the picnic table is manufactured from high-strength ST 37 steel pipes and components. The metal parts undergo a three-stage protection process, starting with sandblasting, followed by a solvent-free zinc-primer coating and paint application. Thanks to this technology, the skeleton exhibits maximum resistance to corrosion even under the harshest weather conditions and intense UV exposure, effectively preventing rust.
