HAWAII SERIES - AGHS 02-P

The Hawaii series is a product line inspired by the tropical concept. All products of the series contain a tropical theme in itself, representing an island consisting of various play stations and three-dimensional rope climbing. Continuous play stations that follow each other in a circular way are brought together around the three-dimensional rope climbing. The play units designed in accordance with the theme are aimed at developing children's creativity by giving them the feeling that they are on an island and encouraging them to create their own role-playing games in the empty spaces in the product.

3 Layer Coating

3 Layer Coating

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

Single-casing aluminum cast connectors are compressed with 300 tons to avoid moving and premature wear. “E (end stop) connector’’ is shapely and pleasant to grip with no sharp angles or edges. These connectors are fastened to main frame either to welded flanges on main frame or with “C” aluminum clamps to main frame.

Single-casing aluminum cast spheres with anticorrosion treatment are placed at junctions.These spheres are designed with integrated bedding for connecting pipes.

New Generation Themed Playgroup / Hawaii Series (AGHS 02-P) is specially designed to create a tropical atmosphere. With its colorful and energetic structure that will stimulate children's imagination, it adds a cheerful atmosphere to outdoor areas. Thanks to its compact structure, it can be easily placed even in limited areas. With its various play elements and safe design, it offers both a fun and educational experience. The product includes 1 slide made of HDPE material.

Metarial Details

The plastic materials in the product are manufactured with UV-resistant rotational molding technique. CMRRope consists of 6 strands wrapped around a core made of fiber or steel. Each strand is obtained by tightly braiding polyester ropes onto galvanized steel wire with our patented method.

Depending on the type of materials used, we can offer a warranty of up to 25 years on certain components.
