In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data is processed by Cemer Kent Ekipmanları Tic. San. A.Ş. (“Cemer” or “the Company”) in the capacity of data controller.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for various purposes including emergency management, information security, bursary applications and selection, employee recruitment, employee satisfaction and engagement, HR processes, compliance with legal obligations, health and safety, training activities, financial operations, customer relationship management, marketing activities, complaint tracking, product/service sales, and many other operational and legal purposes related to company activities.
Methods and Legal Grounds for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through various means such as job application forms, personnel information forms, emails, invoices, company documents, and other sources, and processed based on the following legal grounds:

- Execution or performance of a contract
- Fulfillment of legal obligations
- Protection of vital interests of the data subject or another person
- Explicit consent of the data subject
- Legitimate interests of the company, provided that it does not infringe on fundamental rights and freedoms.
Sharing of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with third parties such as service providers, public institutions, banks, insurance companies, and other necessary partners for purposes such as compliance with legal obligations, processing recruitment, marketing, customer satisfaction, legal processes, and more. This sharing is limited only to the data necessary to fulfill the specific purpose and is conducted within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)
As a data subject, under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
- Learn if your personal data is processed,
- Request information about how your data is used if processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request corrections if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 7,
- Object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively via automated systems,
- Seek compensation for damages if the processing is unlawful.
You can exercise these rights by submitting the "Data Subject Application Form" found on our website through the following methods:
- Delivering a signed hard copy in person or via notary public to our postal address,
- Via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or mobile signature.
