Fitness products undergo a 3-stage metal coating process, including solvent-free zinc primer and electrostatic powder coating, to provide resistance against corrosion and UV rays. Polyethylene components used in the series are manufactured using a double-wall technique with a thickness of 4–6 mm from materials with high lightfastness. Additionally, injection-molded anchor covers completely cover the metal legs, supporting both safety and design integrity.
For a safe exercise experience, it is required to leave a free space of more than 140 cm around each device and to pay attention to the specified layout dimensions. For example, while the CF 09 model requires an installation area of 19.90 m², the CF 19 model can be installed within an area of 18.50 m².
