The main goal of Broto Series, whose design lines are inspired by a bud sprout, is to create an aesthetic form that envelops the wood like a box by abstracting a sprout with simple and minimal lines. To this end, this group of products has been designed to create innovative and ergonomic areas of use.

Wood

The yellow pine or black pine, used as first class and oven-dried, is much more resistant to environment and weather conditions compared to white pine. Humidity rate is 10-12%. There is no decayed or joined knurl. It is suitable for all kinds of wooden application and coloring.

3 Stage Coating

3 Stage Coating

Metal pipes and other metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with Metal finish; Sandblasting and treated with solvent-free zinc primer coating which is inherently corrosion resisted under extreme weather conditions and UV.

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

The first process applied to the wooden surface is the outdoor wood primer which dries with the evaporation of water and solvent. The second application applied on the primer is the outdoor top coat varnish, which dries by evaporation of water and solvent.

Metarial Details

Broto Park Barrier CUS 15: The metal parts of the product are made of ST 37 steel and have a 3-stage paint coating. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating are applied, followed by electrostatic powder coating. This process provides protection against extreme weather conditions and UV rays. The wooden parts of the product are manufactured using high-quality pine or larch wood. This wood is resistant to weather conditions.
