CABLE CAR - CA 1302
Mini Zipline, which is designed for children at the age of 7 and above, gives the user a flying experience by floaing in the air. It is a dynamic playground equipment with high adrenaline that not only children but even adults enjoy.
Metal parts
Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.
Monkey swings
Monkey swings on the equipment shall allow the user to ride by sitting or standing on it. It has a metal structure inside for durability and it is coated with rubber in ergonomic molds for comfort and impact absorption. The rubber coating shall be free of toxic or hazardous materials.
pulley system
The moving element on the 10mm steel cable shall consist of a block and pulley system. The pully block mechanism shall provide a smooth ride and its design shall eliminate the possibility of finger entrapments. Stainless steel absorption springs with a diameter of 2.5mm and a minimum length of 1 meter shall be used at the end of the line to ensure a soft stop.
platforms
Platforms are made of plastic-coated steel sheets which are decorated with drainage and holes. Plastic coating provides further protection against falls and weather conditions.
