Poured-in-place rubber flooring(PIP) | is a two-layer, seamless surfacing system specially designed for outdoor safety applications such as playgrounds, walking paths, fitness zones, and recreational areas. Unlike modular rubber tiles or outdoor rubber mats, this system is mixed and installed directly on-site, offering full customization of thickness, color, and design to fit any project’s needs. The top layer incorporates high-quality EPDM granules, which provide vibrant color options along with excellent UV resistance and weather durability. This combination creates a flexible yet robust surface ideal for all outdoor environments. Thanks to the use of rubberised outdoor flooring materials like recycled SBR and EPDM granules, poured-in-place flooring offers superior safety, long-lasting performance, and aesthetic versatility compared to other types of cheap rubber flooring.
