Wood

Wood

Our designs combine aesthetics and durability by utilizing premium wood species such as Iroko, Sapele, and Larch. Iroko, also known as African Teak, provides natural resistance to decay and external factors due to its high oil content, ensuring long-lasting use in playground equipment. Sapele, recognized as African Mahogany, maintains its form for years with its dense fiber structure and high mechanical resistance. Meanwhile, Larch (Larex) offers superior resistance to water and moisture thanks to its resinous composition. The natural strength of these woods adds both timeless elegance and structural integrity to our products against the demanding conditions of outdoor environments.

3 Layer Coating

3 Layer Coating

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

Paint

Paint

Designed to preserve the unique, robust texture and natural elegance of wood, this application provides a varnish-free natural finish that allows the wood to breathe. Its semi-transparent formula enhances the wood's characteristic grain and texture rather than masking them, adding a sophisticated aesthetic depth. Thanks to its eco-friendly composition—free of lead and heavy metals—it ensures safe use, particularly in areas with frequent human and environmental contact.

CmrRope

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

Steel Slide

Steel Slide

The 2,5 mm thick stainless steel used in high-wear areas, such as slide groups, is exceptionally resistant to abrasion. This material selection ensures that the products maintain their like-new condition for years and offers full compliance with EN 1176 standards.
