53ENGINEERINGMANUFACTURING AND CHECKING ON THE ASSEMBLYINSTALLATIONPROTOTYPINGAfter the decisions are made in regard to scale and design choices, our Production Development Team turns these projects into products that can be manufactured. This stage%u2019s aim is the proper manufacturing of the rope, plastic, metal and wooden components in our manufacturing structure.The parts to be assembled are delicately prepared and then the assembly process is performed in the prototyping section which is called PR. Thus, we can prevent any difficulties that the client could potentially have during the installation. Then, we check on the assembly in the meeting called TGG so that we can make sure of the product%u2019s safety and that it is in accordance with the standards. After the checking stage is done, the playground equipment parts are carefully packaged and dispatched to the project area. Due to the checking on the assembly, installation process is performed without facing an issue in the project area. Installation is completed with adequate surfacing applications that ensure safety of the special projects.3D samples of the products are prepared in accordance with the sketches in order to determine area%u2019s final design and product%u2019s ratio. 3D samples can either be made from stationery materials or obtained from a 3D printer. Being one of today%u2019s most significant technologies, 3D printers provide the means to create product samples with an accurate scale.
