41This warranty applies to each of the above-mentioned products manufactured by CEMER as playground equipment, urban equipment, and outdoor fitness equipment within the stated period and limitations described. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the customer. This warranty covers only the defects arising from the material or production. Gerner%u2019s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at Carner%u2019s discretion.The warranty is only valid if Cemer%u2019s playground products are installed according to the instructions provided by CEMER and the maintenance conditions specified in TS EN 1176-7 are met. For urban equipment and fitness equipment, it is valid only if the maintenance and installation instructions provided by CEMER are fulfilled. The wooden parts should be mantained annually.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, neglect, normal wear fade and tear, normal surface corrosion, colorless surfaces, and other cosmetic problems or misuse and vandalism. Corrosion caused by minor gaps that the coating used to protect against corrosion cannot penetrate is excluded. Natural changes of wood over time are considered cosmetic issues and are not included in the scope of the warranty. Color fading may occur in the color of composite coatings during the warranty period, this is not considered a defect that requires a product change.Products that are in direct contact with chlorinated water or saltwater, or products that occasionally come into contact with water but are corroded by exposure to salt, are not covered by the CEMER warranty. The warranty period against corrosion is half of the standard product warranty for products installed within 1.5 km from coastal areas.Product groups manufactured or supplied under the name of CMRXTREME, a trademark of CEMER, are not included in this document.
