Wooden Play Sculpture - RGSS 601-C 'RUSTY'

RGSS (Robinia Group Sculpture Series) is a play series designed with sculptural forms inspired by nature and environmental textures. Each piece tells a story that harmonizes with its surroundings, inviting children not only to play, but also to explore, imagine, and create their own adventures. RGSS playgrounds are far more than a simple play framework; they rise like works of art within the urban landscape, capturing the attention of both children and adults and transforming their locations into unique experiential spaces. The wood used adds aesthetic value to the playgrounds through its natural textures, creating an inviting atmosphere that is in harmony with the environment.

Robinia Wood

Robinia Wood

As a European hardwood species, Robinia features high density and a tight fiber structure, making it naturally resistant to decay, insects, and fungi. Thanks to these properties, it offers long-lasting performance without the need for chemical treatments, making it a sustainable material choice.

3 Layer Coating

3 Layer Coating

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

Paint

Paint

Designed to preserve the unique, robust texture and natural elegance of Robinia wood, this application provides a varnish-free natural finish that allows the wood to breathe. Its semi-transparent formula enhances the wood's characteristic grain and texture rather than masking them, adding a sophisticated aesthetic depth. Thanks to its eco-friendly composition—free of lead and heavy metals—it ensures safe use, particularly in areas with frequent human and environmental contact.

CmrRope

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

Steel Slide

Steel Slide

The 2,5 mm thick stainless steel used in high-wear areas, such as slide groups, is exceptionally resistant to abrasion. This material selection ensures that the products maintain their like-new condition for years and offers full compliance with EN 1176 standards.

Wood

Wood

In our designs, premium wood species such as Iroko, Sapelli, and Larch (Larex) are used, combining aesthetics with durability. Iroko, known as African Teak, provides long-lasting use in playground equipment by showing natural resistance to decay and external factors with its high oil content. Sapelli, recognized as African Mahogany, maintains its form for years thanks to its dense fiber structure and high mechanical resistance, while Larch (Larex) offers superior resistance to water and moisture due to its resinous nature. The natural strength of these woods adds both timeless elegance and structural integrity to our products against the harsh conditions of the outdoors.

FEATURED PLAY VALUES

Play Value - 1

Slide

It supports balance and muscle development, encourages children to engage in physical activity, and fosters empathy. The slide offers a safe sliding experience, boosts courage, and enhances speed perception and coordination.

Play Value - 2

Climbing

While increasing physical endurance, it develops motor skills and aids brain coordination. By offering children a safe experience of height in parks, it provides opportunities for exploration, creativity, and socialization.

Play Value - 3

Banister Bar

Sliding down supports body coordination, works the arm and abdominal muscles, and contributes to bone development. Children learn to take risks and play in turn.

Play Value - 4

Bridge

It develops children's balance, coordination, and motor skills. It promotes socialization and enhances empathy. The bridge boosts courage and self-confidence, encourages a sense of exploration, supports sensory development, and strengthens collaboration.
