BIGGIES SERIES - MGBS 102

Biggies Series, which consist abstract themed transparent panels, pillars, platforms, is a modular playground series with multiple play stations. The station of the games are designed in a fiction with successive persistence. While increasing spatial awareness with graphics on transparent panels, one of the main components of the product group, it contributes to the development of mental perception with abstract concepts. In this high towered product, the transparent panels placed at regular intervals help the children stay connected with the outside, while this transparency encourages the child to go up high with the sense of security.

Polycarbonate Panels

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a 3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder paint application is inherently corrosion resistant under extreme weather conditions and UV.

3 - Layer Coating

The graphics of the panels support social interactions between children, while also contributing to development of their mental awareness with abstract concepts.

CMRRope

The polycarbonate material transparent plates used in the play set allow children to view the outside even at the top of the tower, allow parents to see the children as they play in the set, and allow more light to enter the play set to provide more pleasant and safer use.

Steel Slide

The 2,5 mm thick stainless steel used in high-wear areas, such as slide groups, is exceptionally resistant to abrasion. This material selection ensures that the products maintain their 'as-new' condition for years and provides full compliance with EN 1176 standards.

HPL Material

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels used in our playground tower with slide are commonly used in playgrounds due to their durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Manufactured under high pressure and heat, these panels are resistant to scratches, impact, moisture, and UV rays, making them ideal for heavily used outdoor playground equipment like children's parks. With colorful and patterned surface options, they offer both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting performance for climbing tower playground installations.

ST 37 Metal

ST 37 is a versatile material known as structural steel; thanks to its low carbon content, it can be easily shaped and offers excellent weldability. Frequently preferred for applications such as park equipment where safety and durability are prioritized, this metal stands out with its balanced mechanical performance and high load-bearing capacity. Since its surface is highly suitable for chrome plating, galvanization, or painting processes, it provides high resistance against outdoor conditions and offers effective protection against corrosion.
