ARBOR SERIES - MGAS 105-P

Arbor Series offers kids the feeling of climbing to a real tree or a tree house and ensures that it is done in a safe way. This series aims to increase kids’ physical skills by improving the muscle-coordination system with its climbing and balancing stations. Thanks to the visuals of the products, it also has educational purposes about creatures living in the trees.

Polycarbonate Sheets

Digitally printed polycarbonate materials are transparent plastics with light transmission close to that of glass. They are highly resistant to heat, chemicals, scratching, and impact. The usable temperature range is from -100°C to +135°C, and they offer up to 90% light transmission and water-repellent surfaces, helping to provide users with sustainable products.

ST 37 Metal

ST 37 is a versatile material known as structural steel, which can be easily formed thanks to its low carbon content and offers excellent weldability. Predominantly preferred in applications such as playground equipment where safety and durability are prioritized, this metal stands out with its balanced mechanical performance and high load-bearing capacity. Since its surface is highly suitable for chrome plating, galvanization, or painting processes, it provides high resistance against outdoor conditions and offers effective protection against corrosion.

HPL/HDPE Slide

The sliding surface of the equipment is manufactured from high UV-resistant HDPE material, serving as an alternative to stainless steel slides in sunny environments. The side panels of the slide are constructed from HPL and HDPE materials.

HPL Panels

The high-quality HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels used in our products are rounded through a milling process to achieve a completely smooth and safe edge structure. The panel thicknesses, optimized for various application areas such as floors, roofs, or walls, vary according to the specific needs of the project. The assembly of the panels to the main load-bearing construction is securely performed onto steel pipes and profiles using cast aluminum clamps or specialized flanges.

Plastic Slide

Plastic slides are manufactured using UV-resistant polyethylene components produced via the rotational molding technique with high lightfastness. All parts are fabricated with a double-walled structure, featuring a wall thickness between 4–6 mm.

Rubber

This material is a high-strength composite designed for industrial applications where durability and flexibility are paramount. Thanks to its three-layer structure and textile reinforcement, it provides superior resistance against pressure, abrasion, and tearing.
