GALATA TOWER CDP 101

The Galata Tower Playground Tower with Slide is inspired by Istanbul's iconic Galata Tower, one of the world's oldest towers. This climbing tower playground is designed to develop children's musculoskeletal system through exciting climbing adventures. Our net climbing play station supports gross motor skills, balance and coordination development. The playground slide tower features a cylindrical design with wooden structure and safe ramp exits, creating an adventure-filled play environment. Children enjoy panoramic views from the city terrace while experiencing thrilling descents on stainless steel slides, making this outdoor playground equipment perfect for safe, healthy play.

CMRRope

CMRRope

CMRRope™ used in our playground tower with slide is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with polyester adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method, creating a solid surface where polyester meets wires. This provides extra protection against friction and vandalism for climbing tower playground safety. The surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant, also fire retardant, ensuring durable performance in outdoor playground equipment. retardant.

3 - Layer Coating

3 - Layer Coating

The metal parts of our playground tower with slide are made of ST 37 steel with a 3-stage coating process including sandblasting and primer. The sandblasting, solvent-free zinc primer coating, and electrostatic powder coating provide corrosion resistance under extreme weather conditions and UV exposure, ensuring long-lasting durability for outdoor playground equipment installations.

Steel Slide

Steel Slide

The 2,5 mm thick stainless steel used in high-wear areas, such as slide groups, is exceptionally resistant to abrasion. This material selection ensures that the products maintain their 'as-new' condition for years and provides full compliance with EN 1176 standards.

HPL Material

HPL Material

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels used in our playground tower with slide are commonly used in playgrounds due to their durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Manufactured under high pressure and heat, these panels are resistant to scratches, impact, moisture, and UV rays, making them ideal for heavily used outdoor playground equipment like children's parks. With colorful and patterned surface options, they offer both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting performance for climbing tower playground installations.

ST 37 Metal

ST 37 Metal

ST 37 is a versatile material known as structural steel; thanks to its low carbon content, it can be easily shaped and offers excellent weldability. Frequently preferred for applications such as park equipment where safety and durability are prioritized, this metal stands out with its balanced mechanical performance and high load-bearing capacity. Since its surface is highly suitable for chrome plating, galvanization, or painting processes, it provides high resistance against outdoor conditions and offers effective protection against corrosion.

Tube Tension

Tube Tension

The connection of the rope station to the carrier element is made with adapters produced using investment casting techniques. The tensioning process takes place within the mechanism inside these adapters, ensuring all details remain enclosed. To stiffen the rope station, the rope ends are tensioned from three or more peripheral points as well as the apex. In this system, the use of bearings can help reduce tensile resistance.

FEATURED PLAY VALUES

Play Value - 1

Slide

It supports balance and muscle development, encourages children to engage in physical activity, and fosters empathy. The slide offers a safe sliding experience, boosts courage, and enhances speed perception and coordination.

Play Value - 2

3D Rope

Climbing enhances children's strength, endurance, muscle development, balance, and coordination. It helps them manage heights, build self-confidence, and overcome challenges. Playgrounds support social interaction and teamwork.

Play Value - 3

Roof

These structures offer children the opportunity to role-play and create scenarios with different themes. This process enhances social interaction, develops communication and collaboration skills, and supports imagination.

Play Value - 4

Playground Observation Point

It provides children with a safe playground, encouraging them to explore their surroundings while offering opportunities for rest and observation. This enhances communication, group play, and creativity, supporting exploration and role-playing games .
