CMRRope

CMRRope

Single-casing aluminum cast spheres with CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire.

EPDM Disc

EPDM Disc

The combination of rotational molding technique and polyethylene material represents the pinnacle of durability and aesthetic flexibility in modern industrial design. Based on the principle of shaping powdered polyethylene layer by layer within a closed mold using heat and biaxial rotation, this method, thanks to pressureless production, produces parts that are free from internal stresses, resistant to cracking, and have high impact resistance. Particularly suitable for outdoor conditions, its UV-resistant structure and double-walled body option provide long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, colorfast, food-grade, and 100% recyclable "one-piece" solutions for many applications, from playground equipment to urban furniture.

Polycarbon Material

Polycarbon Material

Digitally printed polycarbonate materials are transparent plastic materials with light transmission close to glass, featuring high resistance to heat, chemicals, scratches, and impacts. Offering an operating temperature range from -100 °C to +135 °C, providing up to 90% light transmission, and having a water-repellent surface, they help deliver sustainable products to users.

HDPE Material

HDPE Material

High-quality HDPE panels have smooth edges with rounded edges created by milling. The thickness of the panels varies depending on their intended use, such as for floors, roofs, and walls.

HDPE/HPL Slide

HDPE/HPL Slide

The equipment's sliding surface is made of high UV-resistant HDPE material, an alternative to stainless steel slides in sunny environments. The slide's edges are made of HPL and HDPE material.
