ROCKET - CDP 118-P

Rocket is a space-themed play station designed to ignite children’s imagination through its dynamic form and bold structure. The rocket-shaped tower combines climbing, crossing, and sliding activities, creating an adventurous environment for exploration. Its vertical design invites children to climb higher and view their surroundings from a new perspective, while the spiral slides offer a thrilling descent back to the playground. The wire mesh panels enhance safety and provide an open, airy play space. Ground graphics and vivid details strengthen the space atmosphere, giving the playground a unified and immersive theme. Rocket offers an energetic, educational, and fun play experience where imagination takes flight.

HPL Material

HPL Material

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels are commonly used in playgrounds due to their durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Manufactured under high pressure and heat, these panels are resistant to scratches, impact, moisture, and UV rays, making them ideal for heavily used outdoor areas like children's parks. With colorful and patterned surface options, they offer both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting performance.

3 - Layer Coating

3 - Layer Coating

The metal parts are made of ST 37 steel with a 3-stage coating process (including sandblasting and primer). The sandblasting, solvent-free zinc primer coating, and electrostatic powder coating provide corrosion resistance under extreme weather conditions and UV exposure.

CmrRope

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

Sphere

Sphere

Single-casing aluminum cast spheres with anticorrosion treatment are placed at junctions. These spheres are designed with integrated bedding for connecting pipes.

Plastic Slides

Plastic Slides

Polyethylene components produced using the UV-resistant rotation molding technique with high color fastness are used in plastic slides. All parts are manufactured with a double-wall technique ranging from 4-6 mm in thickness.

Polycarbon Materials

Polycarbon Materials

Digitally printed polycarbonate materials are transparent plastics with light transmission close to that of glass. They are highly resistant to heat, chemicals, scratching, and impact. The usable temperature range is from -100°C to +135°C, and they offer up to 90% light transmission and water-repellent surfaces, helping to provide users with sustainable products.
