TETTO SERIES - DGTS 201 - P

Tetto is a series of play units with an abstract theme that feels like both old and new homes. With the asymmetrical roofs and windows, contrast and vibrant colours, it is aimed to stretch children's imagination. Different floors and platform heights in this series help create games in every corner of the product. Climbing stations, rope crossings, slides and panel games are used in order to make play more active. The climbing systems in this series aim to strengthen muscles as well as improve coordination skills.

ST 37 Metal

ST 37 is a versatile structural steel known for its low carbon content, which allows for easy forming and exceptional weldability. Widely preferred in applications where safety and durability are paramount, such as playground equipment, this metal stands out for its balanced mechanical performance and high load-bearing capacity. Its surface is highly suitable for chrome plating, galvanization, or powder coating, providing superior resistance to outdoor conditions and effective protection against corrosion.

HPL Material

The high-quality HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels used in our products are rounded through a milling process to achieve a completely smooth and safe edge structure. The panel thicknesses, optimized for various application areas such as floors, roofs, or walls, vary according to the specific needs of the project. The assembly of the panels to the main load-bearing construction is securely performed onto steel pipes and profiles using cast aluminum clamps or specialized flanges.

CmrRope

CmrRope ™ is formed by 6 strands of galvanized wires and a core either steel or fiber. Each strand is tightly braided with Polyester which is adhered to galvanized wires with a patented method to create a solid surface where polyester meets with wires. So extra protection is achieved against friction and vandalism. Surface is extremely abrasion and UV resistant also fire retardant.

HDPE / HPL Slide

The sliding surface of the equipment is manufactured from high UV-resistant HDPE material, serving as an alternative to stainless steel slides in sunny environments. The side panels of the slide are constructed from HPL and HDPE materials.
